APPOINTMENT RULES: Please make sure your puppies have "done their business" prior to their appointment. Bags are provided for removal. Please make sure you allow yourself enough time with traffic to get here on time. The 15 minute rule: if you are later than 15 minutes and you have not given a courtesy text or phone call, your appointment is automatically cancelled, and a fee of 1/2 of your missed appointment will be added to your next appointment. You are given two warnings before all future appointments are canceled. Any appointment later than 30 minutes will have to be rescheduled regardless of notification. If you leave your dog longer than two hours (after receiving the “ready” text) without prior authorization, you will be charged a “kennel fee". If you drop off earlier than 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment time without prior authorization, you will be charged a kennel fee.
